Headcovers4u.com Return Policy

You may return your Headcovers4u.com headscarves for any reason by notifying us within three days of receipt. Please note the following procedure and conditions.


  1. Refer to the Return Authorization section of your invoice for shipping information.
  2. All return shipments must be prepaid by you, the customer.
  3. Email us at support@castlecrowns.com to get a Return Authorization number. Be sure to state your name, customer order number and the reason you want to return your Castle Crown.
  4. Put the Castle Crown package in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping Package.
  5. Cut out the shipping address information and tape it to the box.
  6. Write the Return Authorization number on the box in ink next to the shipping label. RA# ______________
  7. Bring to the post office.
  8. We must receive the return within 5 business days of you receiving your Return Authorization number.
  9. For unworn, undamaged product still in the original package. A. Place the Castle Crown in the shipping box, seal and mail. B. You will receive a full refund for your purchase via credit to your credit card.
  10. For product that has been tried on but not worn: A. Fold the Castle Crown carefully and slip it into the original package. B. Place the package in the shipping box. C. You will receive a full refund for your purchase via credit to your credit card.
  11. For product that has been received damaged from Castle Crowns: A. Fold the Castle Crown carefully and slip it into the original package. B. Place the package in the shipping box. C. You will receive a full refund for your purchase via credit to your credit card.
  12. If you are returning a product you must have Return Authorization number provided by our customer service. Any return(s) without a Return Authorization number will not be honored.
  13. If you have damaged your Castle Crown after use, call us or write us and we will help you to resolve the situation.
